i could see that both must have been

absolutely blown away by the impressiveness of it all

hahahas

Pastor..wait Reverend was spot on with his

description of a person of humility.

really they put us 18 year old fogies to shame XD

today

we were but strangers when we met

two girls and two guys

yet

in the hours that flew by

easy banter and laughter amid the work

together we folded and

stacked,

flat boxes in a row

campus food was great

but unforgettable was

Jeans laughter

then we slotted and taped

and counted

again and again

the broad range of topics we chatted

our live stories intertwined with our

experiences and opinions

each given due respect for his and her views

each able to express their thoughts freely

without fear of rejection or judgement

mere hours past

all too soon

the sad smiles and waves goodbye

at the end of the day

each heading our seperate ways-


the sun had not yet set,

but the radiance and sunshine each

brought to the other three's lives

made us all treasure and witness

perhaps what would add a nice dramatic touch at this
moment is if i saddle my pile of expiredhaha
JC notes with chinese red-hot firecrackers and light
it into a fiery bonfire to the sound of
James Bond theme track; Explosive.

well, one can only dream.

anyways, i rushed down straigh after to take part in the
once in a lifetime event Asia Conference 2008!!

was lucky enough to see Pastor Phil Pringle
praying for the leaders of diferent denominations and
COUNTRIES. seriously people all throughout ASIA
flew in to attend too!
Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Phillipines Indonesia
and more! It was amazing- at first sight, it was
startling to see him praying in such a vigorous manner
for the people-
soon there was such a refreshing calm;
even in the overflow room where i was watching him-

truly it takes a man of God to pull down Gods presence!

ps, even more amazing when Pastor Kong shared
how Pastor Phil once prayed over him as a scrawny teen-
and now he s the chairperson hosting the entire event!

its amazing how CHC even tried providing lunch and dinner
to an entire congregation of nearly 8000!
and they really did it!

next memorable event was when i went for the 2 electives!
made friends with Eunice and Kelvin! ^^
really impressed by their warmth and love even tho
we barely knew one another
and a phrase that stuck with me when i left:

How do you serve both God and man?

Both require sacrifices when serving, but because
you LOVE GOD, and you LOVE PEOPLE,
you naturally want to please and bless them both.

and two days ago- we went to watch
Quantum of Solace!
went with my Band of Seven, except this time
Jasper didnt come, but Shang ya did! =)

went shopping with ver and mer!
then we
went to Carls Jr for lunch! ^^

then i ll prob never forget what happened next-

i, james joseph and jin quan spent nearly an
hour calling ANYONE we could think of for

not as good as Pierce Brosman (sorrydude)

then we went for Ben and Jerrys
had a chocolate fudge cone that was SUPER good ^^

so many possibilities in my life now
i cant wait to explore new levels, new grounds. =)
